Omega 3 and weight loss

New research shows take omega 3 fats don't get stored in the cells but rather are a critical part of the cell membrains. they will raise the RMR (resting metabolic rate). Best sources are cold water fish and flax. Flax is the best plant source. The ground meal is better in some ways than the oil. The flax meal has the benifit of fiber which will absorb and bind fat in the colon for elimination.
