Resistance exercise

The most efficent way to build lean muscle is thriough resistance exercise. It doesn't have to be long duration. ten minutes will work The muscle needs to be pushed to its limit. This will cause micro tears in the muscle. If you work different muscle groups each day and take one day a week off you will have better success. You need good protien to build the new muscle as well as good cofactors like vitamins and minerals
